Reliable Auto Repair in Murrysville, PA

Whenever I call to schedule or with an issue, the guys’ vibes on the phone are always good ones. They’ve helped me out a few times with things like replacing a flat tire, tow company suggestion, and a great suggestion for a wonderful transmission specialist (Tim!) when ours died. I get my yearly inspections here and things are always done within what I feel are very reasonable/quick timeframes. When work is involved enough that my car needs to stay at the shop, they ask when I’d need it back by and I can tell they try their best to get my vehicle back to me within the time frame I need it, which I appreciate a lot.

I went to Jeff’s Auto because my engine light was on. Eric replaced the purge valve & did an oil change & showed me the old filter & broken pieces. Two previous mechanics had put the wrong size oil filter in my car! They are by far the best mechanic in the area!! Friendly, professional, honest & have great prices!!!!

I’ve been taking my vehicles there for many years and it’s hard to find an honest mechanic that appreciates your long term business and won’t try and oversell you things you don’t need. They’ve always done a great job and I would highly recommend them. They always fix what you need fixed and are very front about your costs and options.

We can’t say enough about how honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating everyone is at Jeff’s. They take the time to listen. They’ll go out of their way to address urgent needs even if they’re booked solid. They don’t encourage repairs that aren’t necessary and they don’t price-gouge. After years and years of knowing we were being taken advantage of at other repair shops, Jeff’s is our forever service provider.

Great experience, you have positive people with honest expertise. Far different from commercial places, these are real, experienced people. I found my forever autobody shop.

Broke down on a long drive two hours from my destination, on a Friday afternoon when most shops were preparing to close for the weekend and couldn’t take new appointments. I had very few options, but the staff at Jeff’s were honest, helpful, and charged me fairly, even though it was clear I would have had to pay any amount to get home, or be left stranded. Repair got me to my destination and back and haven’t had any follow up issues. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and experienced. Not trying to upsell you into a bunch of unnecessary bs, which is the most appreciated attribute of all. Good price on parts and labor rates.

I stopped by this awesome auto shop today without an appointment. They were so friendly and I was really impressed with how hard they worked in this hot summer. I just wanted to say thank you so much for fixing my rear turn signal light without an appointment. I have a regular auto shop that I always go to, but I’m thinking about switching to Jeff’s.

I would recommend this to any of my friends who needed an inspection, get a fair price and a fair deal. that’s hard to find these days. thank you Jeff and your crew for a pleasant experience

Not only were they respectful but also kind and restored my faith in mechanics overall. I haven’t even gotten my car serviced yet as my appointment is next week but felt their demeanor and customer service alone was worth a 5 start review. Great job guys!
